Are they safe?❌

Most of our days begins with cosmetics.We use different cosmetic products in our daily lives.Irrespective of gender ,cosmetics do play a vital role .But have you ever thought of doing background checkup before using these products. On a scale of 1 to 10 only 3-4 people will do that.We usually buy branded cosmetic products having a thought that these may do less harm to us comparing with cheap products.Now-a-days 8 in 10 will see the reviews before buying a product online .Some of them see the ingredients too before buying them .But do you guys really think every ingredient will be listed? The answer is no . As some formulations are considered as "Trade secrets" they actually don't have to be disclosed.
   
   Lately ,I came across a thing which made me to write this post.Recently,I got to know about Parabens.
WHAT IS A PARABEN?:-
        Parabens are  widely used preservatives in comestic and pharmaceutical products.They are a series of parahydroxybenzoates or esters of parahydroxybenzoic acid.
   
PARABEN IN MY COSMETICS :-
         
               
  This is the skin care product I have been using from past 2 years.When i heard about paraben i just randomly searched the ingredients of my daily skin care products and look what i found .I came to know that parabens are known to disrupt hormone function ,an effect that is linked to increase the risk of breast cancer and reproductive toxicity .Debates about safety of parabens are still ongoing.
WHERE CAN WE FIND PARABEN? :-

✴️In tomatoes.They naturally contain paraben.
✴️In beers, sauce, desserts, jams, pickles etc.
✴️In face creams,shampoos,lotion.

CAN WE COMPLETELY AVOID PARABEN? :-

    No,we cannot completely avoid them as they are in food products and what not in everything.So,recently so many companies launched their products as paraben- free.But is this information really valid?Who knows what they are using unless we check with our own eyes.There are so many harmful chemicals are being used in many products. Today we came across one chemical , tomorrow may be another one. Is there any end to this?

In general ,we know very little about what really is in cosmetics.

IS IT ETHICAL OF THESE BRANDED COMPANIES TO LAUNCH A HARMFUL PRODUCT IN THE MARKET? :-
           Business has their own  ethics.
Ethics are very important while doing business because we deal with humanbeings .Now the question is about  these giant companies . Are they really following business ethics? If they are , then what about in this case? We, innocent people always trust the brands while buying the products. Is'nt it unethical of them to release harmful products into the market and turning their backs as if nothing happend? There are  still lot more harmful chemicals . Is there any end to this? Is profit everything at the cost of innocent lives?
CONCLUSION :-
                            Through this post ,I want you guys to know about one thing.We cannot protect ourselves and our families if we don't know what chemicals are hiding in beauty products.We can't assure which products are safe and which are not .Use less cosmetics and be safe.Dont hope for the change ,Be the change . There will be no end to these harmful chemical usages and researches on them. So, be careful while choosing your products and do prefer less chemical based products if you can . Because , We only live once.
